What does the ServiceCall AccuLynx integration do?
Last updated:
The ServiceCall AccuLynx integration runs a Max Qualifier property report on every AccuLynx job as booked — permit history, HVAC, roof and water-heater age, hail history, ownership tenure — and delivers the Gold, Silver or Bronze result as a job message, a contact log entry and the PDF. Techs and CSRs see the house before the call; nothing is re-keyed.
What shows up in AccuLynx
We check AccuLynx every 60 seconds for jobs added or modified in the last two days, so the message is on the job within about a minute.
- A job message with the Gold / Silver / Bronze band, income level, credit level and a link to the full Max Qualifier report.
- A log entry on the primary contact (it files as an Email activity in AccuLynx; no email is sent to the homeowner).
- The report PDF in the job's documents when a Document Folder ID is set; without one the link in the message is the delivery.
- No tags, no custom fields, no milestone changes and no contact fields populated. Roof age, storm history and permits are inside the report.
How to connect AccuLynx
- Create an API key at my.acculynx.com/apikeys. One key covers one AccuLynx location; a multi-location company uses one ServiceCall account per location.
- Paste the key into ServiceCall, set the lead sources you want excluded before activating (an excluded job is not revisited later), and add a Document Folder ID if you want the PDF.
- Confirm Roofing is your primary trade, then check a recent job for the message.
Two rules hold on every CRM: one credit per enriched job, never twice for the same property in a billing period, and a failed address match costs nothing. Disconnecting leaves everything already written in your CRM in place.
Who it's for
Roofing companies on AccuLynx that want the band, the storm history and the report on every job that moves, with credits kept off low-intent lead sources.
What you control: Lead-source exclusion decides which jobs get a report. The job message is always written; your AccuLynx roles decide who opens the job.
Whatever your CRM does with the write-back, every scored job also appears on the CRM Browse page of your ServiceCall portal: one list, every job, with its band and report link.
Frequently asked questions
Does it write back to AccuLynx?
Yes. A job message with band, income, credit and the report link, a log entry on the contact, and the PDF when a document folder is set.
Which AccuLynx plan do I need?
Any AccuLynx account that can issue an API key at my.acculynx.com/apikeys. One key per location.
Can I limit who sees the reports?
Not on the ServiceCall side. The job message is written to every job that gets a report; lead-source exclusions control which jobs those are, and your AccuLynx roles control who opens them.
