What does the ServiceCall ContractorPlus integration do?
Last updated:
The ServiceCall ContractorPlus integration runs a Max Qualifier property report on every ContractorPlus job as booked — permit history, HVAC, roof and water-heater age, hail history, ownership tenure — and delivers the Gold, Silver or Bronze result as a note and a link on the job. Techs and CSRs see the house before the call; nothing is re-keyed.
What shows up in ContractorPlus
We check ContractorPlus every 5 minutes for jobs scheduled from two days ago to seven days ahead, so the note is on the job before the visit.
- A note headed Max Qualifier Report on the job with the need level, income level and credit level and a "View Full Report" link. ContractorPlus is the only CRM where need level is shown in the CRM itself.
- The same report link appended once to the job description, so it is visible at a glance.
- Quotes and completed jobs in the window are included; there is no job-type filter.
- Nothing on the client record, and no tags, custom fields or PDF.
How to connect ContractorPlus
- Copy your third-party API token from your Contractor+ account settings (or ask Contractor+ support for it).
- Paste it into ServiceCall. The connection is instant and there is no plan requirement.
- Check a recent job for the note and the description line. Optionally back-fill up to 90 days.
Two rules hold on every CRM: one credit per enriched job, never twice for the same property in a billing period, and a failed address match costs nothing. Disconnecting leaves everything already written in your CRM in place.
Who it's for
Smaller contracting businesses on ContractorPlus that want a read-at-a-glance note on the job with no configuration.
What you control: None on the ServiceCall side beyond activating the integration; your ContractorPlus roles decide who opens a job.
Whatever your CRM does with the write-back, every scored job also appears on the CRM Browse page of your ServiceCall portal: one list, every job, with its band and report link.
Frequently asked questions
Does it write back to ContractorPlus?
Yes. A note with need, income and credit levels plus a report link on the job, and the link appended to the job description.
Which ContractorPlus plan do I need?
Any ContractorPlus plan. The integration uses the account's third-party API token, which every plan can issue.
Can I limit who sees the reports?
No. Every job in the window gets the note and the description line; who can open jobs is set by your ContractorPlus roles.
