What is ServiceCall Weather Alerts?

ServiceCall Weather Alerts is an add-on that monitors severe weather (hail, high wind and damaging storms) over each territory you set. When a storm impact is confirmed, it turns the affected homes into a marketing list. The alert reaches your dashboard and your inbox, the impact zone appears on a map, and one click builds a canvassing or direct-mail list for the homes in that zone.

Storm lists are built from the same property data as Max Prospector, and they are de-duplicated against properties you already hold, so you never pay twice for the same home.

Who is Weather Alerts for?

Roofing and siding contractors that work storm damage come first, along with HVAC and other exterior trades whose customers are hit by hail and wind. It also suits companies with more than one territory, because radius, storm severity, event types and notification preferences are all set per location. Each branch hears about the storms it works, and nothing else.

What data does Weather Alerts use?

Weather Alerts works from confirmed hail and wind impacts rather than forecasts, and matches them against ServiceCall's property data: 160M+ U.S. properties, 400M+ historical building permits and 100M+ homeowner records. Storm lists are built in Max Prospector, so you can narrow the storm zone with Prospector filters such as roof age, equity or years at residence before you send anything to print.

How much does Weather Alerts cost?

Weather Alerts is $79.99 a month, added to any active paid ServiceCall plan as one combined charge. Starter is $399/mo and Pro is $599/mo. It includes 300 bonus Prospector properties every month on top of your plan's normal allowance, and storm lists use those Prospector properties, with no separate weather credits to track. If you need more, one-off lists cost 10–20¢ per property, priced by volume. See the pricing page.

No. Weather Alerts is an add-on to an active paid ServiceCall plan, such as Starter or Pro. Storm lists are built from the plan's Prospector properties and ServiceCall's property data.
Hail, high wind and damaging storms. You choose the event types and minimum severity for each territory. Alerts are based on confirmed impacts rather than forecasts, so the list reflects where the storm actually hit.
The alert appears on your ServiceCall dashboard and in your inbox as soon as a storm affects one of your territories. Each alert shows the impact zone on a map, and the list for the homes in that zone is one click away.
No. Storm lists have built-in duplicate protection. Properties you already hold are removed before the list is built, so you are not charged twice for the same property.
Yes. Each location has its own pin, radius, storm severity, event types and notification preferences, so each branch only hears about the storms it works.
A radar app shows you the weather. Weather Alerts connects confirmed storms to ServiceCall's property data, so each storm becomes a list of the affected homes for canvassing or direct mail, with duplicate protection and per-territory targeting.
