Most CRMs connect in minutes: Jobber is an OAuth click, and Housecall Pro, Workiz, ContractorPlus, AccuLynx and Service Fusion take an API key or OAuth credentials pasted from your CRM’s settings. ServiceTitan is a staff-assisted setup that takes one to two business days after you send us your Tenant ID. After that, enrichment is fully automatic.

Yes! You can run a bulk enrichment on your existing lead database. This counts against your monthly lead limit, but it's a great way to identify high-value opportunities you may have overlooked.

Yes — we'll run your own addresses through the platform live on the walkthrough call, so you can see exactly what comes back on your leads before you commit. Contractors coming to us through Service Fusion or Jobber also have a 15-day self-serve trial option.

You connect your CRM in a guided setup, and most contractors are enriching leads the same day.

We don't charge overage fees. If you approach your lead limit, we'll send you a notification. Additional leads that month won't be enriched until you upgrade your plan or your limit resets at the start of next month.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20%. Starter is $319/mo billed annually ($3,828/year). Pro is $479/mo billed annually ($5,748/year). Contact us to switch to annual billing.

We currently integrate with ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Contractor+, and Service Fusion. More integrations are added regularly. If your CRM isn't listed, contact us—we may be able to add it.

No technical knowledge required. On Jobber you click “Connect” and authorize in the marketplace. On most other CRMs you copy an API key from your CRM’s settings into ServiceCall — we walk you through it on the onboarding call. On ServiceTitan our team does the setup for you. No code, no IT department needed.

Starter and Pro plans include unlimited CRM integrations — useful if you have multiple locations or use different systems for different departments.

Yes! You can search any address directly from your dashboard without connecting a CRM. You'll get the full property intelligence report — equity, rebates, system age, weather exposure, and more. Connect a CRM anytime later if you want automatic enrichment.

We pull from authoritative sources including county property records, permit databases, and official rebate programs. Our data accuracy is 95%+ and is updated regularly. Property values use multiple AVMs (Automated Valuation Models) and are cross-referenced for accuracy.

Absolutely. We only read the address from your lead records to perform enrichment, then write the enrichment data back. We never store, access, or sell your customer information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption.
