Integration

What does the ServiceCall ServiceTitan integration do?

Last updated:

The ServiceCall ServiceTitan integration runs a Max Qualifier property report on every ServiceTitan job as booked — permit history, HVAC, roof and water-heater age, hail history, ownership tenure — and delivers the Gold, Silver or Bronze result as a tag and pinned note on the job and customer. Techs and CSRs see the house before the call; nothing is re-keyed.

What shows up in ServiceTitan

We check ServiceTitan every 5 minutes for jobs that have reached Scheduled status, so the report is on the job well before dispatch touches it.

  • A Max Qualified: Gold / Silver / Bronze tag on the job, plus a pinned note with a link to the full Max Qualifier report.
  • The same tag and note on the customer record (on by default) and, if you want it, on the service location.
  • Optional extras: the report PDF attached to the job, the report link in the job Summary (prominent in the mobile app), and the band in a custom field so it is reportable inside ServiceTitan.
  • Property intelligence behind the band: permit history, HVAC, roof and water-heater age, hail history, ownership tenure, home value and equity. Income and credit signals stay inside the report; they are never written as tags.

How to connect ServiceTitan

  1. Send us your ServiceTitan Tenant ID (Settings → Integrations → API Application Access) and the name of your ServiceTitan administrator.
  2. We enter the credentials on our side. Setup takes one to two business days, and you get an email when it is live.
  3. Choose which job types and business units get a report (include or exclude; most shops exclude Estimate, Warranty, Callback and Maintenance Agreement), map business units to trades if you run more than one, and decide where the write-back lands.

Two rules hold on every CRM: one credit per enriched job, never twice for the same property in a billing period, and a failed address match costs nothing. Disconnecting leaves everything already written in your CRM in place.

Who it's for

HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops on ServiceTitan, especially multi-trade companies that want the band mapped per business unit and reportable inside ServiceTitan.

What you control: Four switches: write to the customer record (on), write to the service location (off), link in the job Summary (off), band in a custom field (off). Job-type and business-unit filters decide which jobs get a report at all. The band tag on the job itself is always written.

Whatever your CRM does with the write-back, every scored job also appears on the CRM Browse page of your ServiceCall portal: one list, every job, with its band and report link.

Frequently asked questions

Does it write back to ServiceTitan?

Yes. A Max Qualified band tag and a pinned report note on the job and on the customer record, with optional PDF, Summary link and custom field.

Which ServiceTitan plan do I need?

Any ServiceTitan account with API application access. There is no extra ServiceTitan plan tier to buy; setup is staff-assisted and takes one to two business days.

Can I limit who sees the reports?

Partly. You choose whether the data follows the customer record or stays on the individual job, and whether the PDF, Summary link and custom field are written. Anyone who can open the job sees the band tag; your ServiceTitan roles decide who can open jobs and notes.
