Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

Summary: ServiceCall.com ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We only collect information necessary to provide our lead enrichment services. We never sell your data to third parties.

1. Information We Collect

Notice at collection. The categories below describe what we collect, why, and who it is shared with. California residents can opt out of the sharing described in Section 8 using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link, which appears in the footer of every page.

We collect information in the following ways:

Account Information

  • Name and email address when you create an account
  • Company name and business information
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

Information You Give Us on Forms

  • Your email address, name, company, and — when you request a demo — your mobile phone number
  • Details about your business, such as your trade, fleet size, and current CRM
  • Whether you chose to opt in to marketing emails or to marketing calls and texts, along with the date, the IP address the choice was made from, the page it was made on, and the exact wording you agreed to

CRM Data

  • Property addresses from your CRM leads (for enrichment purposes only)
  • We do NOT access or store other customer data from your CRM

Usage Data

  • How you interact with our services
  • Feature usage and enrichment statistics
  • Technical data (browser type, IP address, device information)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our lead enrichment services
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related communications
  • Provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our product
  • Comply with legal obligations

Calls, Texts, and Marketing Email

If you request a demo, you are asking a ServiceCall specialist to contact you about it, and we will call or email you to arrange it. That contact is part of the request you made.

Marketing is separate and always optional:

  • Marketing email is sent only if you tick the marketing email box on one of our forms. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in its footer.
  • Marketing calls and texts — including those placed with automated technology — are sent only if you tick the calls and texts box on our demo form. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

You can decline both and still request a demo, start a trial, or contact us.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our business (payment processors, hosting providers)
  • Data Partners: Sources that provide property and rebate data for enrichment
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for stored data
  • Industry-standard security controls and practices
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Access controls and employee training

5. Cookies and Tracking

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. There are two other categories:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics and HubSpot, so we can see how the site is used.
  • Advertising — Google Ads and Meta, to measure our ads and show them to people who visited. This shares an identifier with those companies.

Both are on from your first visit. A banner tells you so the first time and offers Reject non-essential; you can also opt out at any later time. Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer of every page, and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information turns advertising off on its own.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of both categories and do not show the banner.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then not work.

6. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

  • CRM platforms (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, etc.)
  • Payment processor (Stripe)
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot) — unless you opt out, see Section 5
  • Advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta) — unless you opt out, see Sections 5 and 8

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications

You can withdraw either marketing consent at any time, and doing so does not affect your account or any demo you have requested:

  • Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email.
  • Marketing texts: reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help.
  • Marketing calls: tell the caller, or email us at the address below.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@servicecall.com.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Unless you opt out, we share a visitor identifier and page activity with Google Ads and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as sharing you are entitled to opt out of. The advertising cookies that do this are on by default (see Section 5).

Categories collected in the last 12 months

  • Identifiers — name, email, phone, company, IP address, cookie and visitor identifiers
  • Commercial information — the products you asked about, demo and trial requests, subscription details
  • Internet activity — pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters
  • Professional information — your trade, fleet size and current CRM, as you told us on a form

Your rights

  • Opt out of sharing: use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer of every page. It takes effect immediately, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal the same way.
  • Know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Delete your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise the know, delete or correct rights, email support@servicecall.com or write to the address in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us.

11. International Users

ServiceCall.com is based in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
