Integration

What does the ServiceCall Jobber integration do?

Last updated:

The ServiceCall Jobber integration runs a Max Qualifier property report on every Jobber job as booked — permit history, HVAC, roof and water-heater age, hail history, ownership tenure — and delivers the Gold, Silver or Bronze result as custom fields on the job, client and property, within seconds. Techs and CSRs see the house before the call; nothing is re-keyed.

What shows up in Jobber

Jobber tells us the moment a job, client, property or request is created or changed, so the report is on the record within seconds. A 10-minute poll runs underneath as a safety net.

  • Custom fields on jobs, clients and properties: Max Qualifier Report (a "View report" link), Max Qualified (the band), Income Level and Credit Level, all on by default, plus Home Value, off by default.
  • Jobber Requests get a note with the same information instead of fields.
  • A repeat job at an already-enriched property has its fields filled from the last report, with no new report and no charge.
  • No PDF and nothing on tags or job titles: Jobber's API does not accept them, so the fields are the delivery.

How to connect Jobber

  1. Open the ServiceCall app in the Jobber marketplace and click through the OAuth screen. No key to paste, no plan requirement, and tokens refresh themselves.
  2. Choose which fields to write. A privacy-sensitive shop switches off Income Level and Credit Level; Home Value stays off unless you turn it on.
  3. Book a job on a test client and watch the fields populate. Optionally back-fill up to 90 days of past jobs.

Two rules hold on every CRM: one credit per enriched job, never twice for the same property in a billing period, and a failed address match costs nothing. Disconnecting leaves everything already written in your CRM in place.

Who it's for

Multi-trade shops and smaller companies on Jobber that want the fastest possible setup and a report on the job before the CSR has finished the call.

What you control: Field-level: the fields always go to jobs, clients and properties, but each field can be switched off individually. There is no job-type filter, so every job gets a report.

Whatever your CRM does with the write-back, every scored job also appears on the CRM Browse page of your ServiceCall portal: one list, every job, with its band and report link.

Frequently asked questions

Does it write back to Jobber?

Yes. Custom fields on the job, the client and the property, and a note on Requests. No PDF and nothing on tags or titles.

Which Jobber plan do I need?

Any Jobber plan. The connection is an OAuth click in the Jobber marketplace with no API tier to buy.

Can I limit who sees the reports?

By field, not by person. Turn off Income Level and Credit Level and the band and report link are all that is written; your Jobber user permissions decide who opens the record.
